Annual event features music, local breweries & wineries, food pairings, artist showcases & more
Tickets for the19th annual Atascadero Lakeside Wine Festival are going fast according to Wine Festival organizers. The Atascadero Lakeside Wine Festival is scheduled for Saturday, June 28, 4-8 p.m. at the Atascadero Lake Park, 9305 Pismo Ave. Advanced tickets are $50; tickets will be $55 at the door.
This annual celebration of the viticulture and San Luis Obispo County Wine Region is the creation of a group of community leaders to help support local community projects and the Charles Paddock Zoo. To date, contributions totaling over $100,000 have been awarded to the various community projects and to assist the zoo with improvements and animal exhibits, according to the event website.
Additional weekend events include the Mayor’s Winemaker Dinner at the Pavilion on the Lake on Friday night and a benefit golf tournament at Chalk Mountain Golf Course on Saturday morning.
