Atascadero Holiday Inn Express & Suites wins customer satisfaction award 2 years in a row

exterior_nightThe Atascadero Holiday Inn Express & Suites has won the top award for Overall Guest Satisfaction in its region for the second year in a row according to InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). Amar Sohi, General Manager and Part Owner explained their region stretches from Paso Robles CA to Ontario CA and from the coast inland to Bakersfield CA.

 

According to Amar Sohi “Priority Club members,” who make up as much as 75% of the hotel’s business, are routinely polled upon check-out of an IHG branded hotel regarding the service, cleanliness and overall performance. Since opening its doors July 3, 2008, the Atascadero hotel has consistently been among the Top 3 Holiday Inn Express’ in California.

“Our repeat business is strong because we satisfy our guests,” said Amar Sohi. “Once we get them in, they come back to us.”

Director of Sales & Marketing, Jessica Sohi agreed saying “Our guests often share with me that they are willing to drive another 10 to 15 minutes just to stay at our hotel.”

“Amongst the Holiday Inn Express brand, Atascadero is on the map,” said Amar Sohi.
