March Cooking Class: Spring Brunch 101 with Chef Andre Averseng
In this hands-on, interactive cooking class, Chef Andre Averseng will lead students in preparing a supreme brunch-style menu perfect for Spring gatherings like Easter and Mother’s Day. Students will learn to poach eggs, prepare home-made hollandaise sauce and craft the perfect fruit crepe – all with serious French flair! Once the techniques are mastered, guests will break for a lovely seated meal, relishing in the fresh brunch items. Cost is $65 per person; CLUB 9 and CLUB 9 Onyx discounts apply.
