Family-friendly dining & fun make Big Bubba’s a local favorite

Conveniently located across from the Event Center – home of the annual California Mid-State Fair – Big Bubba’s offers “bad to the bone,” barbeque, from baby back ribs, tri-tip steak and pork ribs to “dinosaur-sized” beef ribs, all smoked long and slow over an oak wood-fired barbeque.

A delicious selection of appetizers and decadent desserts are available for extra indulgence. Vegetarian meals including gourmet salads and a kid’s menu all offer plenty of choices to satisfy the appetites of everyone in the group.

“Folks who dine with us enjoy good food, good drinks and share lots of laughs,” said Roger Sharp, owner of all four of Bubba’s California locations. The restaurants are part of his Roger Sharp Concept brand, which includes Good Ol’ Burgers and Tortilla Town. “Each one of my concepts is designed with guests in mind,” he explained.

Enjoy televised sports in the dining room and bar, tap your toe to lively country music, or enjoy a performance from the line-dancing food servers. The Big Bubba’s Bad BBQ experience always provides a great time for all!
