–Join the Gay and Lesbian Alliance of the Central Coast (GALA) and celebrate 21 years of Central Coast Pride by participating in a series of events and celebrate the diversity of the Central Coast of California. Pride week begins on Friday, July 7 and will culminate at the Mission Plaza on Sunday, July 9. The Pride in the Plaza celebration will feature multiple musical entertainers and celebrate love and equality with the Central Coast’s lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender, queer, intersexed and asexual population, and allies.
· June 17: The Annual Reverse Drawing – 6-10 p.m. – End of the Line Café 1150 Laurel Ln Ste 130. San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. Dinner, fun with friends, and chance to win big! $100 per ticket (dinner for 2) Need not be present to win.
· July 1: VIP Tour of Cayucos Abalone Farm – 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. – $50 each with BBQ Abalone Lune and Wine
· July 5: Guest Bartender Night – 6-9 p.m. – Black Sheep, 117 Chorro Street, SLO. Come ready to tip the bartenders.
· July 7: Pride After Dark – 6-9 p.m. – Free event – GALA Center (1050 Palm Street, SLO, CA 93401) Wine and appetizers accompanied by a silent art auction.
· July 7: Pride Drag Show (Two Show Times) 6:30 & 9:30 Shows – SLO Guild Hall (formerly the SLO Grange) 2880 Broad St., San Luis Obispo. Tickets begin at $20 each. Featuring three stars from RuPaul’s Drag Race.
· July 8: Pride Party @ SLO Brew – 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. – 21 & over event – Tickets $15 each – Produced by local organizers, SLO Queerdos.
· July 9: 21 Years of Central Coast Pride Celebration – Noon-5:30 p.m. Mission Plaza, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 – A free family event. Entertainers: Makeover, Tierney Allen performing as Lady Gaga, and The Abba Show

2) Tierney Allen performing as Lady Gaga. Tierney Allen is The Las Vegas Lady Gaga Tribute Artist! Tierney has been named as The Best Lady Gaga Look Alike in all of Las Vegas, literally stopping traffic and starts riots wherever she goes. As seen on her YouTube channel, she has made appearances that stop all lanes of traffic on the Las Vegas strip with her dead-on performance as Lady Gaga. From her vocals to her live piano playing, every move and paw is spot on. She is now part of the Legends in Concert roster of artists.

GALA’s main function is to build and maintain a healthy gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community that promotes a positive image through visibility, education, and community involvement.
