In 1982 the Eberle Winery production facility and tasting room were open for business and in 1994 Gary expanded underground, building the first wine caves in Paso Robles. Now, over 30 years later, Gary Eberle and his wife Marcy still greet guests daily with complimentary wine tastings, public tours of the production facility and 16,000 square feet of underground caves. They also play host to a variety of delicious and entertaining events held at the winery throughout the year.

Established in 1991…Dunning Vineyards is family owned and operated. Located on the Westside of Paso Robles in the “Willow Creek” AVA District. We are well known for producing Premium Quality highly rated Estate wines featuring Estate Zinfandel. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Meritage, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Petite Sirah and Grenache.
As you drive along Highway 46 on the west side of Paso Robles you can’t miss the impressive stone buildings of Niner Wine Estates. Adjacent to them is a group of old oaks that rest in the depression between two hillsides, forming the shape of a heart. This is the vineyard known as Heart Hill and it was something to do with the heart that begins our story of Niner Wine Estates. Ray and Pam Derby moved to the Central Coast area in the early 1990’s with the intention of retiring. In 1998, they purchased their first vineyard property, now known as Derbyshire Vineyard and their thoughts of retirement were replaced by the inspiration of being a part of the wine world. In the years following, Ray next acquired the historic Laura’s Vineyard (in east Paso) and then the Westside property, now called the Derby Vineyard. Needless to say, their plans of retirement never came to fruition.
After experiencing nearly a decade as a grape grower, the potential strengths of each property became apparent and in 2008, Ray and Pam launched Derby Wine Estates. They are extremely selective in terms of what goes into the bottle under the Derby label. The commitment to the land is appreciable, with only 20 hand-selected acres being used to provide fruit for their own brand. Grapes from the remainder (some 90%of their total acreage) are sold to some of the finest wine producers in California.
Eos, the Greek Goddess of Dawn, opened the gates of heaven each morning allowing the Sun to rise. Fiercely passionate, she was cursed by Aphrodite for having an affair with Ares. Her punishment was an insatiable appetite for young men. At Eos – the winery – we’re just as passionate as our namesake, but our insatiable appetite is more wholesomely geared towards the production of great wines. Since the mid-1980s, we have built our reputation on dense reds, complex whites and luscious dessert wines from great AVAs throughout the state.
We Olive was born from passion; a passion for locally sourced, healthy, delicious, artisan extra virgin olive oil! It was nearly a decade ago when we first noticed an increase in the consumer’s demand for this type of product; so, coupled with this knowledge and our own passion, the first We Olive store was opened.
Opening that first store was a dream come true for us. We had officially created a place where local growers, chefs, and guests alike could experience, learn about, and purchase the California-made olive oil we’d come to know and love. Of course, having a wonderful product isn’t the only key to success. From the very beginning we’ve been committed to exceeding our guests’ expectations in product quality, customer service, and providing an unparalleled educational & culinary experience. Ticket are $40 pre-sale until Friday May 10th at Noon and then $50 at the door (starting at Noon on Sat. May 2nd) and include unlimited wine tasting, souvenir wine glass, live music and plus boutique shopping booths. Spend the afternoon under the shady oaks of the beautiful Templeton Community Park and enjoy dancing, wine tasting, shopping and gorgeous spring weather!
Food available for purchase, no outside alcohol, coolers or pets allowed. Low back chairs or picnic blankets welcome. Non drinking attendees are $20 each. This is a 21 and over event.

Four Lanterns resides on 35 acres on the west side of Paso Robles in the formidable Willow Creek AVA. This area, renowned for hot days, cool nights and soil riddled with calcareous stone, provides a perfect environment for making exceptional wines. Jackie’s Vineyard, located in the Templeton Gap AVA, is the location where their Bordeaux varietals grow.
Specializing in wine varietals native to France’s Rhone Valley & Bordeaux regions, Four Lanterns focuses on making estate wines, capitalizing on the natural strengths of their land. The resulting wines are beautifully complex, balanced, and wonderful to drink.
