Richard D. Low, Jr. is the President of Associated Development Services Corporation, a comprehensive design and construction company, located in Cambria, California. Mr. Low has lived and practiced in Cambria since 1977. Mr. Low is the license qualifier and R.M.O. for the Associated Development Services Corporation General Contractors License number 705716. Mr. Low is also a registered Architect in the states of California (C-24907) and Arizona (29909).
After serving in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam in the U.S. Navy’s’ Mobile Riverine Force as an engineman and 20mm gunner on river boat’s, Mr. Low attended the School of Architecture at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. In 1973 Mr. Low began working as a designer and construction manager and started his own business in 1975. He has remained in the Central Coast area working continuously in the design and construction industry.
He has s completed over 200 building assignments as Architect and/or General Contractor during the last thirty-seven years. His skills as a Designer, Builder, General Contractor and Architect have been honed on a wealth of experience that includes all aspects of project design, construction and administration. His Considerable office and field experience provides keen insight into the management of any development project.
Additionally, Mr. Low has also been active in the Real Estate and Mortgage Finance industries as a licensed Realtor Associate with Coldwell Banker Pinedorosa Realty, Inc. and a Principal of Equity Plus Mortgage Company.
