The company was founded in 2004 by Anthony Elisarraras and his father. “My father saw the need saw the need and launched the business with an old recycled Caltrans mower from a salvage yard,” said Anthony. Howard Brewen is a third-generation resident of northern San Luis Obispo County. Being raised on his parents’ ranch in Templeton taught Howard the importance of hard work, common sense, creativity, and independent thinking which became the foundation on which he has built his life. After graduating from UC Davis, Howard began his professional career as a licensed racehorse trainer managing a small stable that eventually grew into a large operation competing at all five major racing venues within the state. Always seeking challenging opportunities, Howard’s work experience includes positions in the private and public sectors as well as entrepreneurial endeavors that remain closest to his heart. Service-oriented ventures have been a passion of Howards for many years. When the opportunity to put his business experience and people skills to work presented itself in the form of Party Partners Rental.
Steven Herring was born and raised in Atascadero. After graduating from high school, Steven attended college and graduated from Allan Hancock Firefighter 1 Academy.
