FOSO, the newest installation at Sensorio,
combines light, music, technology, and nature
Sensorio debuted a new experien-
tial art installation in early April
2025. Created by UK artist Bruce
Munro, FOSO combines light,
music, technology, and nature in
an immersive experience. Visitors
can experience a walk through a
symphony of light and sound cre-
ated by 32 fiber optic columns of
light synchronized to an original
score by award-winning composer
Nainita Desai.
FOSO joins previous instal-
lations that are illuminating the
venue’s 35 acres for a complete sen-
sory immersion experience. This
latest installation promises to be as
enchanting as all of the installations
at Sensorio.
Dimensions by Hybycozo
Sensorio commemorated its
fifth anniversary in May 2024
with the debut of the Dimensions
immersive art exhibition. This
exhibit, in development for three
years by Los Angeles-based artists
Hybycozo, is a collaborative venture
between Serge Beaulieu and Yelena
Filipchuk, renowned worldwide for
creating monumental geometric
metal sculptures. The exhibit show-
cases expansive geometric metal
sculptures for visitors to explore
as they are enveloped by shifting
lights and music in a continuous
33-minute spectacle.
"Dimensions at Sensorio rep-
resents our exploration of the rela-
tionship between light and music,
shadow and pattern, environment
and form," the artists elucidate.
"This installation orchestrates an
interplay of geometry and space,
designed to engage observers in an
immersive experience."

acclaimed musician Alen Hulsey
to compose the 33-minute musical

Field of Light
Sensorio debuted in 2019 with
its Field of Light exhibit, which
featured tens of thousands of solar-
powered fiber optic stems adorning
the landscape. Sensorio, initially
conceived as a temporary attrac-
tion, has evolved into a permanent
fixture.
Propelled by demand, the own-
ers opted to enhance the experi-
ence, incorporating new exhibits
that fuse light technology with
innovative materials such as wine
bottles and fishing poles, all crafted
by pioneering artist Bruce Munro.
Since its inception, Sensorio has
hosted over half a million visitors,
earning accolades from Travel +
Leisure as a "pilgrimage-worthy art
escape," further cementing its status
as a must-visit destination in wine
country.
More to come
"Our time in Paso Robles has
been incredible, and as we reflect
on the changes, the prospects that
propel us into exciting new realms
with geometric shapes and novel
materials. We eagerly anticipate
