the property, their intent ex-
tended beyond building a winery.
Ray, an engineer, had a vision for
restoring this historic, tower-
ing building while retaining its
original feel and atmosphere. He
intended to create a unique space
where people could gather and
enjoy Derby wines, tended by
friendly and knowledgeable staff.
