A warm welcome and
wonderful flavors await at
Olivas de Oro Olive Company
If you are looking for something
deliciously different, you’ll find it
at Olivas de Oro in the heart of Tin
City. Discover genuine hospitality,
culinary inspiration, and flavors
worth bringing home. Guests are
invited to explore at your own pace,
whether that means a quick browse,
a few tastes, or a deeper guided
experience.
Paso Robles is known for world-
class wine, but many visitors enjoy
adding something new to the visit.
Olivas de Oro Olive Company
offers a refreshing change of pace—
an inviting stop centered around
California-grown olive oils, artisan
vinegars, and thoughtfully crafted
pantry favorites designed to make
every day cooking more flavorful
and enjoyable.
Taste as much or as little as
you like
Some guests love asking ques-
tions and sampling pairings, while
others simply enjoy browsing the
tasting room filled with flavorful
discoveries. There’s no rush and no
pressure—just a warm welcome
and the freedom to enjoy the tast-
ing room however you like.
For those who want to explore,
the friendly team is always happy
to share ideas, suggest pairings, and
offer simple ways to use products
at home to fit their guests’ style of
cooking. Discover how a bright
citrus olive oil can elevate grilled
seafood, how a rich balsamic can
transform roasted vegetables, or
how a finishing salt can bring new
life to a simple avocado toast or
steak dinner.
Many guests leave with more
than bottles—they leave with
inspiration for easy, delicious
cooking.

A deliciously
different stop in
Paso Robles
Olivas de Oro Olive Company is rooted in hands-on farming and production.
Unlike shops that simply source
products, Olivas de Oro Olive Com-
pany is rooted in hands-on farming
and production. The family grows
olives, oversees harvest timing, and
crafts their own olive oils with the
experience that comes
from decades in the
industry.
Over the
years, the
family has
earned
interna-
tional
recogni-
tion as
olive oil
somme-
liers and
producers,
receiving more
than a thou-
sand competition
medals along the way.
Frank has also served on respected
tasting panels and as a competition
judge, helping shape standards within
California’s olive oil industry.
Yet despite those credentials,
the atmosphere remains welcom-
ing, relaxed, and fun. Guests
never need to be experts to enjoy
the experience.
More than olive oil
Over time, Olivas de Oro Ol-
ive Company has grown beyond
olive oil to include a collection
of small-batch artisan pantry
products that reflect the same
commitment to quality ingredi-
ents and great taste.
Browse fruit balsamic vin-
egars, savory spreads, sea salts,
rubs, mustards, grilling sauces,
tapenades, and seasonal special-
ties—the kinds of products that
make easy entertaining more
special and weeknight meals
more exciting.
Everything is chosen with
home cooks in mind: simple
ingredients, big flavor, and easy
ways to create memorable meals.
