Frank DeVito’s Viva Sinatra show brings Las Vegas-style glitz and glamour to Rava Wines on June 15. The show promises to be another highlight for this distinctive and relatively new Paso Robles entertainment venue.

Frank DeVito has performed with iconic jazz stars such as Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald and Benny Goodman. He toured with Frank Sinatra for over three years and recorded several singles. The Viva Sinatra show brings an evening of Las Vegas glamour to Rava Wines complete with music, showgirls and Rava’s sparkling wine.

Rava Wines has been farming grapes since 1996. They opened the winery and tasting room in 2017 but the entertainment venue is less than a year old. The main Ballroom is a mid-sized entertainment setting where performers can actually interact with audience members. Rick Springfield’s concert in March was a great experience for guests. He mingled with the audience, greeting guests and signing autographs.

This kind of intimacy between performers and audience is what makes Rava Wines entertainment venue unique. The winery has two performance areas: the indoor Ballroom seating up to 1000 and The Vineyard Lawn which hosts free summer concerts.

Since opening the event venue in August 2018 the list of headline performances has grown to include Crystal Gayle, The Sunset Wino’s, Hard Day’s Night, Rick Springfield, Sebastian Bach, and Player to name a few. Upcoming events to look out for will be Bee Gee’s Gold and comedian Andrew Dice Clay in August, Restless Heart in October, and the classic country artist The Bellamy Brothers in November. Check Rava’s event calendar for more information.

The free Summer Concert Series is on the outdoor stage from May to September. All shows are family-friendly and gourmet food trucks are onsite for every show.

The beautifully landscaped courtyard, lake and acreage continue to be highly popular for weddings. Bridal parties, as well as visiting performers, often choose to stay on the property in Villa Giada. The venue also accommodates large corporate events.

Rava’s vineyards were established in 1996, spanning over 2000 acres and 26 varieties in Monterey and San Luis Obispo counties. Their specialty is Methode Champenoise sparkling wine that is made onsite. The tasting room is open seven days a week from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. or by appointment.

Rava Wines is located at 6785 Creston Road in the heart of the El Pomar wine region of Paso Robles wine country. Visit the website for more information and to inquire about a wedding or event.

Frank Devito’s Viva Sinatra show on June 15 starts at 6 p.m. Gates open at 5 p.m. to purchase Rava Wines and food from local vendors. Tickets can be purchased from the Rava Wines website or My805Tix.
