Party for the Planet at Central
Coast Zoo
Celebrate Earth Day on April
18 at the local zoo with global
reach. Bring the kids, and Party
for the Planet is included in the
price of general admission. This
annual Earth Day celebration is a
fun way for children of all ages to
experience interactive adventures,
hands-on activities, exhibits by
sustainability-conscious businesses,
plus a variety of educational dem-
onstrations.

Thrifters' paradise at the
Annual Citywide Yard Sale
Don’t miss this if you are a
bargain hunter, thrifter, and col-
lector! More than 120 locations
have signed on to display their
family heirlooms and fascinating
things that you need! April 18
from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m, and April 19
from 8 a.m. to noon.

Central Coast Cider Festival
Tickets are now on sale for this
annual event! Order your tickets and
mark your calendar for April 25,
noon-4 p.m. at Atascadero’s Sunken
Gardens. Relax and enjoy some cider
education and tasting at the 8th An-
nual Central Coast Cider Festival. It’s
a great opportunity to meet the cider
makers.
The event is held at the Sunken
Garden, 6505 El Camino Real. For
