a wide variety of beverage options,
including The Anderson Negroni.
One of several original cocktail
offerings, it’s milk-clarified and
crafted with gin, clarified Cam-
pari, rose syrup, orange oil, and
winemaker Jeremy Leffert’s Croma
Vera Vermouth Del Sol. The sweet
and spicy trial by fire, made with
a house habanero tequila, Anchos
Reyes Chili Liqueur, blood orange,
pineapple, lime, agave syrup, and
Tajin Classico Seasoning, is a
must-try.
Traditional and local bottled
beers are available, including non-
alcoholic brews, and mocktails such
as the bright and balanced Hughie
Jr. with cucumber-lime cordial,
pineapple juice, club soda, and lime
are sure to quench your thirst.
