Local Beer & Wine!
the local markets.” A visit to Primal
House is quite literally a taste of
Paso Robles.
Primal House is an open con-
cept with the butcher shop front
and center. Guests can choose their
favorite cut of meat, traditional
sausages, or more exotic choices
such as the savory duck and peach
combo or elote corn pork sausage.
They are committed to top-quality
meats that are raised locally and
cut fresh.
A quick glance through the
market, and it’s clear that they
choose their items carefully. Every
item is top quality. There are three
different dining areas. There’s a
casual eatery next to the market
and butcher shop, the taproom,
and a fine dining room open in
the evenings. The kitchen is open
so guests can see their food being
made, and just behind it is the
large brewery and taproom where
they craft their specialty beers. It
wouldn’t be complete without the
bar, which elevates the brewery
experience into something unique
and special.
