County supervisors voice support of national monument designation

Board passed resolution supporting National Monument designation of the Piedras Blancas Lighthouse

–At their most recent meeting, the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors unanimously passed the “Resolution in Support of the Piedras Blancas California California Coastal National Monument,” according to Donovan Marley, monument initiative director.

The Piedras Blancas California Coastal national Monument is a joint project of Friends of the Elephant Seal and Piedras Blancas Light Station Association.
