- Another thing to consider is the cost of the home, he says. The Central Coast is a popular vacation destination, so vacation homes can be expensive. Make sure to do your research and find a home that fits your budget.
- Finally, consider what type of amenities you want in your vacation home. Do you want a home with a pool? A home with a view? A home with a hot tub? Find a vacation home that has the amenities that you want so that you can enjoy your time on the Central Coast.
Davis is a transplant himself, relocating from the Bay Area about 6 years ago.
