Live music, comedy shows, line dancing, and poker evenings are in constant rotation at The Siren.

If you’re interested in hitting the links, tee it up on the 9-hole championship golf course that has three par 3’s, three par 4’s, and three par 5’s complete with upgraded GPS golf carts. Want to up your game? Improve your skills by scheduling time with one of the accomplished instructors for a range session or an on-course lesson. Kids join in on the fun too with The First Tee program where they learn life skills through the game of golf. Youngsters are taught core values and healthy lifestyle habits from a seamless lesson plan that encourages growth in various areas centered around personal development.

The newest addition to Dairy Creek is Swing Time! This modern entertainment venue is powered by Toptracer. Prepare to be pampered and entertained with full table service from the Siren El Chorro and Swing Time staff. Get into the games with TopGolf technology that tracks balls with the same cameras used to monitor shots of professional golfers on the PGA Tour. Have a blast with friends and family playing a variety of games and challenges or test your skills at world-famous golf courses like Pebble Beach, Harbor Town, or St. Andrews. Interactive targets add to the fun as they glow and pulsate following the stunning sunsets behind Hollister Peak. Swing Time has ten bays on a single level with comfortable climate-controlled outdoor seating, over 30 TV screens, and a delectable menu of offerings to please your taste buds and quench your thirst.

Golf Course Superintendent for SLO County, Josh Heptig said, “Swing Time is best described as a combination of a driving range, sports bar, pinball machine, and bowling alley all wrapped into one place to play, eat, drink, and be merry. You have comfortable seating to hang with friends while you hit shots and laugh while enjoying a glass of local wine, beer, or spirit. Toptracer’s parent company, TopGolf, has been around for 15 years in large metro areas. We wanted to open this new facility to bring a different experience to the community.”

The course has been wildly successful with the recent changes and filled a huge demand for outdoor recreation during the pandemic. Within the next five years, the course plans to host many different exciting events and gatherings as well as adding more unique experiences. The most recent addition to the property is a newly designed 18-hole disc golf course! There are future plans to add zip lines, go-karts, BMX trails and skills courses, and new upscale camping cabins. Dairy Creek is on its way to becoming a family-friendly entertainment getaway on the Central Coast. The location is jaw-droppingly beautiful, the food is exceptional, and the opportunity to unwind while playing a round or two is practically guaranteed. Dairy Creek has been a great course to play since 1997 and has been celebrated as a pioneer in environmental management, inspiring conservational efforts and zero waste innovations in the county.
