Halter Ranch Vineyard and Winery has appointed Lisa Schiltz as marketing manager. In the newly created position, Schiltz serves as brand ambassador for Halter Ranch overseeing all marketing initiatives for the Paso Robles estate brand. Schiltz brings 20 years of experience to the winery – managing marketing operations for large corporations and running her own small business.

“We are excited to add Lisa to the Halter Ranch team,” said general manager Skylar Stuck, “Her experience, marketing savvy and passion for wine made her the right choice as we prepare open our new hospitality center and continue to build the brand experience at Halter Ranch.”

In her new role, Schiltz will bring her marketing experience from the tech industry to oversee marketing strategy – integrating marketing materials, digital assets, social media, and advertising will ensure a consistent message for the Halter Ranch brand experience. Schiltz will serve as a company spokesperson, will host VIP guests and work with Solterra Strategies, the agency of record, to coordinate all public relations efforts.

Prior to joining Halter Ranch, Schiltz and her husband owned and operated Meze Wine Bar and Bistro in San Luis Obispo, where she served as manager, chef and chief marketing officer. Prior to moving to the Central Coast, Schiltz held senior marketing positions in the bay area, working for Fujitsu, Plantronics and Philips, and agency work with Google, Apple and Microsoft.
