Bruce In The USA will perform at the California Mid-State Fair Wednesday, July 20.

Line up of musical acts free with paid admission to the fair July 20 through July 31

–The California Mid-State Fair, July 20 through July 31 at the Paso Robles Event Center, has announced the line up for the Fort Frontier Stage. The performances are from 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. and will be free with paid admission to the fair. Seats for these shows are available on a “first-come, first-served” basis and are subject to availability.

Wednesday, July 20 – Bruce In The USA (Bruce Springsteen tribute band)

The Bruce In The USA Band consists of seasoned world class professional musicians, from such acts/bands as Queen/Paul Rogers, Meatloaf, Blue Oyster Cult, Hall and Oats, Joe Cocker, The Ojays, Aretha Franklin, David Cassidy, The Temptations, Slash and more.

Thursday, July 21 – Brandon Heath (Cantinas Night of Faith)

Christian music artist Brandon Heath has received five Grammy nominations, won an Emmy Award, and in 2013, he released Christmas is Here, which became an instant holiday classic that lead him into winning a Dove Award for Christmas Album of the Year. His number one hit singles include, “Give Me Your Eyes,” “Wait and See,” “I’m Not Who I Was,” and “Your Love.” In 2015, Brandon released his latest album titled “No Turning Back” and according to Christian Review Magazine, they rated the album four out of five stars.

Friday, July 22 – The Last Bandoleros

The Last Bandoleros’ cultural experiences have driven them to create a combined, contemporary American sound; a new breed of “Tex-Mex.” Rolling Stone magazine puts the group as one of the “10 New Country Artists You Need to Know: May 2016.” The group recently sold-out New York City’s Rockwood Music Hall and will soon release their debut album, which features their lead single “Where Do You Go?”

Saturday, July 23 – Reckless Kelly

Reckless Kelly’s Americana sound is based in the Texas Country and Alternative Country movements. The group’s “Good Luck and True Love” was nominated for a Grammy in 2011, leading them to win four Lone Star Music Awards. The band’s latest album, “Long Night Moon” won a Grammy in 2014. The group sent three singles to the number one spot on Texas Radio and are considered Texas’ leading roots-rock band.

Soon after Marco Antonio Solis left Los Bukis for a solo career in 1995, the remaining members, vocalists Pedro Velazquez and Eusebio Cortes, drummers Jose Pepe Guadarrama and Pedro Sanchez, guitarist Joel Solis and keyboard player Roberto Guadarrama, decided to form Los Mismos. Their debut album, 1996’s Juntos Para Siempre, featured the hit “Me Esta Doliendo Dejarte.” The following year’s “Te Llevas Mi Vida” was followed by “Gracias Por Todo” later in 1997. “Encuentro con el Milenio” appeared two years later and “Sin Mirar Atras” was issued in fall 2000.

Monday, July 25 – Brandy Clark

Brandy Clark is out with a brand new album Big Day in a Small Town, and her brand new single, “Girl Next Door,” is moving up the charts. She has songwriting credits on The Band Perry’s “Better Dig Two,” Miranda Lambert’s “Mama’s Broken Heart,” and Kacey Musgraves’ “Follow Your Arrow.” Her 2013 critically-acclaimed album “12 Stories” earned her Grammy and CMA nominations.

BJ Thomas is a true American institution whose iconic pop, country and gospel hits defined their respective generations. Thomas is a five time Grammy and two time Dove Award winner who has sold more than 70 million records and is ranked in Billboard’s Top 50 most played artists over the past 50 years. His most-beloved songs include “Raindrops Keep Fallin’ On My Head”, “Hooked on a Feeling” and “(Hey Won’t You Play) Another Somebody Done Somebody Wrong Song”.

Wednesday, July 27 – A Thousand Horses

A Thousand Horses has a distinct sound that melds together muscular country, drawling rock, high gospel harmony, low-country blues and old school soul. The band made its television debut on NBC’s Today, Fox’s Fox & Friends and ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! The band earned themselves a CMT Music Awards nomination for Group Video of the Year, and their hit single, “Smoke” landed a number one spot on Billboard’s Country Airplay Chart. Other popular songs include “Drunk Dial,” “Travelin’ Man” and “Southernality.”

Foghat’s audience now consists of fans of all ages. The band is best known for the hits “Slow Ride,” “Fool For The City” and “I Just Want To Make Love To You.”

Saturday, July 30 The Highwaymen LIVE (The Highwaymen tribute band)

Perhaps the greatest country music super group in history, The Highwaymen traveled the world performing country music to millions of fans.
