Event will include pumpkin decorating, costume contests and more
–”Pumpkins on the Pier,” will return on Sat., Oct. 29, beginning at 10 a.m., at the Pismo Beach pier in Pismo Beach. Children 12 and under can enjoy pre-Halloween activities including a pumpkin decorating contest. There will be both a children’s and adult costume contest.
There will be a bounce house, as well as arts and crafts to enjoy, games to play, food to eat, beverages to drink, and of course pumpkins to decorate. From noon – 2 p.m., the 11th annual trick or treat extravaganza will be held at all participating shops and businesses in downtown Pismo Beach. All participating stores will have a trick or a treat for those partaking in the Halloween festivities.
Pumpkins on the Pier day is pet-friendly. 600 free pumpkins will be given away; first come, first served.
