—The SLO Winds Orchestra has announced they are back with a brand new season that promises to be incredible. Conductor Jennifer Martin has put together a fantastic program that includes everything from powerful symphonies to bold new compositions.

The 2025/2026 season kicks off with “A Night of Broadway Magic” on September 28, 2025, featuring Rodgers & Hammerstein classics. Subsequent concerts are:

  • “The Joyous Sounds of Christmas” on December 13, 2025, featuring beloved carols.
  • “A Tapestry of Winds” on March 21, 2026. The Cuesta Wind Ensemble joins SLO Winds for an afternoon of music.
  • The “Chamber Concert” on March 29, 2026, is a free concert starting at 3 p.m. at the Atascadero United Methodist Church in Atascadero.
  • “Expressions of Light,” May 3, 2026, a live performance by Los Angeles’ premier trumpet player, David Pittel.

Tickets are available from the SLO Winds website. Concerts start at 3 p.m. and, unless stated otherwise,  are held at the Harold J. Miossi Cultural and Performing Arts Center (CPAC) at Cuesta College, San Luis Obispo.
