Wine Boss opening April 8 in downtown Paso Robles

–Wine Boss is a new, art deco themed wine lounge that will open in the heart of Downtown Paso Robles at 1317 Park Street, next to Thomas Hill Organics, April 8. Founder and Owner, Thomas Booth, has been part of the county’s wine industry since graduating with a B.S. in Viticulture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2010.

Following his entrepreneurial spirit, he found a passion for planting small lot vineyards and creating boutique wines from the grapes thereof. In an effort to support ‘the little guys,” Wine Boss will be serving low production, high-quality wines and craft beers both local and out of the county. Artisan meats, cheeses, and gourmet snacks will also be available, along with a few surprises.

“We pride ourselves on personality while serving the working public with a friendly atmosphere,” says Booth. “We’re one of the few joints in town open late (until midnight Friday and Saturdays) and if wine or even beer isn’t your thing, we also serve cider, sake, and non-alcohol beverages such as sarsaparilla and ginger beer. Please come on by and kick back while we take the wheel to good times. Cheers!”
