Owner Bios
Howard Brewen is a third generation resident of northern San Luis Obispo County. Being
raised on his parents ranch in Templeton taught Howard the importance of hard work, common sense, creativity, and independent thinking that became the foundation on which he has built his life. After graduating from UC Davis, Howard began his professional career as a licensed racehorse trainer managing a small stable that eventually grew into a large operation competing at all five major racing venues within the state. Always seeking challenging opportunities, Howards work experience includes positions in the private and public sectors as well as entrepreneurial endeavors which remain closest to his heart. Service oriented ventures have been a passion of Howards for many years. When the opportunity to put his business experience and people skills to work presented itself in the form of Party Partners Rental.
Steven Herring was born and raised in Atascadero. After graduating from high school, Steven attended college and graduated from Allan Hancock Firefighter 1 Academy. While applying for different fire departments and agencies, Steven worked full time as a Field Forman for a directional drilling company and went to school at nights to achieve his EMT certificate, though his heart was always set on being an Entrepanuer of his own successful business. He found a need for a QUALITY event rental company so he decided to pursue his dream and started Party Partners Rental. While working full time and providing for his family, Steven has also focused on building a successful business and looks forward to watching it grow in the years to come while Helping you make memories!
