The Rava’s own more than 1,200 acres of premium vineyards that span from the foothills of the Santa Lucia Range in Monterey County to the Rava Estate in the heart of Paso Robles Wine Country. Owner, Chad Rava oversees and manages all vineyard operations, new plantings and harvest decisions. By having a hand in all production processes, the Rava’s are able to focus on terroir driven quality and their signature sparkling wines.
Paso Robles Vineyards
The estate vineyards start with a 505 continuous acre property, located in the El Pomar District, one of 11 sub appellations in the Paso Robles AVA. Once home to an Arabian Horse Ranch, Rava Estate was established in 2016 by Chad and Lauren Rava.
Located adjacent to Rava Winery, the estate vineyard is planted to 15 signature varietals from Italian and French origins. You will find Grenache, Teroldego, Nebbiolo, Negro Amaro, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah, Primitivo, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier, Calabrese, Tannat and Merlot.
The vineyard features warm daytime temperatures and cool marine breezes late in the day that flow through the Templeton Gap. The soils are a mix of loam, clay and limestone, providing excellent drainage and ideal growing conditions.

In Italian, Fratelli Perata means Perata Brothers. Maternal Grandparents Brothers, Gino and Joe Perata, rekindled the winemaking history of their father, grandfather and great-uncle when they established their winery using grapes grown on their 31 acre vineyard. Sons of Italian immigrants, Gino and Joe learned winemaking at the knees of their father and great-uncle who produced hundreds of gallons of wine for family and friends while living in Camarillo located in Ventura County, California. Gino and Joe were taught from the very beginning about the need for hands-on work to produce top quality wines. Four Lanterns resides on 35 acres on the west side of Paso Robles in the formidable Willow Creek AVA. This area, renowned for hot days, cool nights and soil riddled with calcareous stone, provides a perfect environment for making exceptional wines. Jackie’s Vineyard, located in the Templeton Gap AVA, is the location where their Bordeaux varietals grow.
Specializing in wine varietals native to France’s Rhone Valley & Bordeaux regions, Four Lanterns focuses on making estate wines, capitalizing on the natural strengths of their land. The resulting wines are beautifully complex, balanced, and wonderful to drink.

Claiborne & Churchill is a small, family owned and operated winery, founded in 1983 and located in the heart of the Edna Valley, just outside San Luis Obispo, California. Inspired by the wines of Alsace, we specialize in premium dry wines made from Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Gris grapes, as well as handcrafted Pinot Noir from several nearby vineyards. We also produce small lots of other wines, including a Dry Muscat, Chardonnay, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sparkling Brut Rose, and a Port-style wine.
RiverStar Vineyards consists of approximately 80 acres and is family owned and operated. Our family has fallen in love with the lifestyle of farming grapes, producing wines and being involved with the community of Paso Robles and is proud to make this our home.

The Rotta tasting room and winery is located in the Templeton hills, and features a unique blend of history and modern winemaking technology. One thing that’s definitely staying is the old redwood sign with “Rotta Winery” neatly hand stenciled in white paint. “I painted that sign when I was ten years old,” remembered Giubbini.

The rich, concentrated wines of Sculpterra are the result of combining exceptional fruit from the winery’s estate vineyards and select Paso Robles vineyards with meticulous hand-crafted winemaking. Gentle handling, using traditional gravity methods ensures that the integrity of the wines stay intact. Sculpterra wines are aged an average of 12 to 18 months in American, French and Hungarian oak.
