Seven Angels Cellars is a family owned, boutique winery located in Templeton, CA. We began making wine in 2009 with a small production of Petite Sirah. Since then we have increased production to around 3000 cases per year. Greg Martin is the owner/winemaker and Pamela Martin is the other owner and handles social media, food pairings, wine club and club events and the website. The story behind the name came from our passion for family. We have seven children in our blended family, our 7 angels.
We both grew up loving wine. Greg grew up in a rural area of California with neighbors who grew wine grapes. He spent a lot of time learning about the entire process from the vine to the bottle from his patient neighbor. He continued his interest in wine as a US Coast Guard when he was stationed in the bay area and had easy access to the multitude of wineries in Sonoma and Napa. Pamela comes from a family of foodies and wine enthusiasts. She took courses in college in winemaking and learned the biology aspect of wine. She worked in catering and on TV as a home economist for a cooking show. Pairing food and wine to create an interesting and delightful balance in a meal has become an obsession for her.
We married in 2008 and started making wine the following year. We specialize in Rhone blends as well as single varietals. Greg has his eyes, hands in every aspect of the process from the field to the bottle. Pamela has the palate and the nose and is instrumental in the blending.
We participate in many non-profit and charity events as our way of giving back. We are involved with Precious Life Shelter in Los Alamitos, a shelter for homeless pregnant women and Goals for Life, and NFL program for troubled youth. We are the official wine sponsor for the Congressional Cup held annually at the Long Beach Yacht Club. We also sponsor the Wooden Boat Festival in Newport Beach each year.
Many of our wines have been recognized by Wine Enthusiast with ratings in the 90’s. We’ve also received numerous gold medals at California and International wine competitions. This year we were awarded a gold medal from the mid-state fair for our 2015 Pinot Noir and a gold medal from the Orange County Wine Competition for our 2015 Tempranillo.
We believe in the “less is best” approach to winemaking. Less manipulation and more natural methods of making our wine. Greg likes to play with using different kinds of oak in our barrel program. Our wines are food friendly, approachable in both flavor and price point. Located in the heart of the Willow Creek district on the westside of Paso Robles, Pelletiere Estate Vineyard & Winery can be found on a cozy corner on Township Road just off Highway 46w in the beautiful foothills of west Paso. The property has a local history dating back to the late 1890’s. The original Farmhouse has been lovingly updated and sits proudly on our estate. The Pelletiere Estate vineyard, rich in limestone soils was planted in 1993-1996, and is family owned & operated with a commitment to the traditions of fine winemaking and responsible stewardship of its vineyard land for future generations to savor and uphold.
Its south-facing sloped terrain, rocky limestone soils, cool coastal breezes, and diurnal fluctuation in temperature create, above all an estate ideal for wine growing. Here we produce exceptional Italian varietals that honor our Italian heritage and those of our predecessor. Today, 100 percent of Pelletiere Estate wines are sourced from its sustainably-farmed estate-grown Italian varieties which include; Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Montepulciano, Lagrein, Aglianico, and Primitivo, as well as, our Syrah and Viognier. We are dedicated to meticulous vineyard care, picking at optimum ripeness, and creating elegant Italian-style wines which express the balance and pure flavors of our vineyard terrior.

The history behind Donatoni Winery is apparent to any visitor to this Westside Paso Robles winery. Memorabilia and photographs from the owners’ history in the airline industry cover the walls and adorn the tasting bar. And, owners Hank Donatoni and Sandi Baird are happy to elaborate on the story that the tasting room theme tells. Though they are retired now, Hank and Sandi’s connection to the airline business is still strong. Many of their friends were once co-workers, and even members of the aviation community they have never met find their way to Donatoni through their shared histories. In 1914 A.E. Schmidt started a materials hauling service in the burgeoning San Fernando Valley. What started as mules and wagons grew into dump trucks and tractors. Nearly 80 years later his grandson, steve, and wife, Nancy, left southern California for Paso Robles. In tradition of Steve’s grandfather, Steve and Nancy started Steve Schmidt Topsoil. After 10 years as an employee, Ron and his wide took over and have been running the business ever since.
Ron: Ron has worked in the construction business since 1979. He is the proud father of six children and three giggly grandchildren. When he’s not driving the truck at work, you may see Ron astride a Harley Davidson motorcycle or running around the back roads of Atascadero.
Linda: Linda’s will likely be the first face you see at Steve Schmidt Topsoil, where she has worked for over 10 years. After hours, Linda worked as a personal trainer at Kennedy Club Fitness in Atascadero. She is a proud mother of six and grandmother to three adorable children.

In Italian, Fratelli Perata means Perata Brothers. Maternal Grandparents Brothers, Gino and Joe Perata, rekindled the winemaking history of their father, grandfather and great-uncle when they established their winery using grapes grown on their 31 acre vineyard. Sons of Italian immigrants, Gino and Joe learned winemaking at the knees of their father and great-uncle who produced hundreds of gallons of wine for family and friends while living in Camarillo located in Ventura County, California. The Donati Family Vineyard aims to delivery the best grapes and wine on the central coast. Overall our winemaking team brings years of experience and a dedication to the wine industry.
Kiler Ridge Olive Farm is a 58-acre family farm in the coastal hills of central California, just minutes from downtown Paso Robles. Our central coast climate and chalky soil are ideal for olives. We use sustainable farming practices, and currently maintain 2500 olive trees — varieties originating from Italy and Sicily.
The farm’s first year of olive oil production was 2010, and that year, as well as each following year, our Kiler Ridge Extra Virgin Olive Oils have won medals in important olive oil competitions, including the Los Angeles International Olive Oil Competition, the Der Feinschmecker international competition in Germany, and the California Olive Oil Council competition.
During October, November and December, we are harvesting our olives and releasing limited quantities of our extremely fresh Olio Nuovo olives oils. In February through April, we release our new season’s clarified and Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oils. We often feel pain in a generalized area (shoulders, neck, low back etc.). Massage Therapy however, attempts to identify which muscle is overly tight, sore, has a Trigger Point or what the specific issue is. Brief company history
Sandra and Darryl Kilpatrick completed the Massage Practitioner course at California Holistic Institute and received certification from the California Massage Therapy Council in 2013. They were drawn to help people in the therapeutic realm and opened their practice with Griffin Chiropractic. They continued their education and went on to graduate from the 500 hour Massage Therapist course in 2014. They honed their relaxation massage skills by working at Massage Envy. They now offer therapeutic massage for pain release of muscular injury as well as relaxation massage for regular wellness maintenance.

Yves and Clotilde Julien began what is now Olea Farm by planting 1200 dwarf olive trees on their hilltop property in Templeton with the intention of making olive oil for their own use. However, they did not anticipate the amount of olives that these trees would yield. What was meant to be a small project eventually grew into Olea Farm.
