You’ve made two great decisions. One, to marry the love of your life, and two, to hire a wedding planner. This is a very important decision that should not be taken lightly. It is so important that you like and trust your planner. You will be spending a substantial amount of time together. You will grow to depend on her. She will make your day everything you and your family could have ever dreamed of and more. I will be that person. I will give you the wedding of your dreams. Please read through some of the wonderful things my clients have to say about me, look through my gallery, and then call me to set up an appointment and decide for yourself.
Meet Sarah:
I was born and raised in Santa Barbara, CA and am lucky to call it my hometown. After 20 years, I followed my family to beautiful Paso Robles, California where I have called home ever since. I have been planning weddings and events in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties for the past sixteen years. When I’m not planning weddings you can find me with my son looking for shells on the beach or at The Happiest Place On Earth. I absolutely love planning weddings! I put my heart and soul into each wedding. I cry when the bride walks down the aisle and when the groom dances with his mom. I feel what I am doing. It means everything to me to have happy brides and grooms. You only get one chance to make their day perfect. I take this task very seriously.
Every wedding is unique:
I will create a customized package of services to fit your needs and budget. Your wedding is one-of-a-kind so we will create the concept based around your ideas, I will completely design, plan, and coordinate your special day. It’s important that your wedding reflects your interests so I’ll ask in-depth questions to truly get to know who you are and what you want for your wedding. I want your guests talking about your wedding for years to come. Below are a list of services I offer to help ease the stress of planning a wedding and make it a dream come true!
Private Events:
I am available for any event, any party, any size. For example: Corporate event and dinner parties. Holiday, anniversary, birthday and retirement parties. From 5 to 1000, no guest list too small or large.
Testimonials:
“Sarah was an absolute angel! I was stressed about getting everything done because of the time constraints at the venue but Sarah not only took care of everything but she kept me calm and happy during the process. From taking care of all of the details, no matter how small, to making everything beautiful, to calmly treating the groom who passed out during the ceremony, to packing everything up and putting it all in my car after the event, Sarah handled it all.” – Margie
“If I could one piece of advice to anyone planning a destination wedding in Paso Robles it would be to book Sarah Angelique to plan your whole event (not just the day of). It makes everything so much easier and less stressful, you get to enjoy the process rather than stressing out about the details. Leave it to the professionals, totally worth it.”–Shirley
“Sarah made herself available to us night and day. She was very flexible throughout our planning process and provided us with many wonderful ideas. Her professionalism, enthusiasm and overall knowledge of wedding details were “Over the top!”. I would recommend her services to anyone planning an event! She was AWESOME!”– Kristina

The concept of Chronic Cellars came about in the midst of harvest in 2004. We had used the term “The Chronic” to describe likable objects before, but we had never considered it a suitable descriptor for wine. We sat alongside the crush pad one evening in our wine stained clothes and wet boots laughing about the idea of a wine that targeted a casual lifestyle.
Jake and I were raised in the heart of Paso Robles wine country. Wine and the art of wine making have been apart of our lives since the early 80’s. After graduating from college we both returned to Paso Robles and joined the team at Peachy Canyon Winery. After a decade each of immersing ourselves in all aspects of the wine industry we decided to do our own project. We wanted to try something new and put the tools we have gathered to work on our dream. We had a vision and a desire to make our statement in the wine industry that we could not deny. After four years we took our first step toward Chronic Cellars.

Father and daughter Lloyd Messer and Dana Brown realized their dream of finding a place to express their passion for wine in 2000, when they established Calcareous Vineyards on one of the highest limestone plateaus on Paso Robles’ west side. Both Lloyd and Dana, experienced wine distributors in their native Iowa, recognized that the west side of Paso Robles had potential to produce world class wines. Their acquisition of 342 acres atop solid calcareous rock reaching 1,800 feet above sea level confirmed their dedication to producing the highest quality, terroir driven wines possible. It is a labor of love to cultivate fruit on this challenging land, but the reward is immediately apparent when tasting the wines. Calcareous has for over a decdade now, produced a collection of world–class blends and varietal wines that exhibit Paso Robles’ claim to being “distinct, different”. Lloyd passed on in 2006, and Dana advances their vision with the help of her sister Erika.
